To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you're unsure of fitment or compatibility of an aftermarket part purchase, please take advantage of our customer service by using our contact form prior to placing your order.
CCTuned will honor any return of unopened merchandise within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the size, weight, and nature of your purchased item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, you will receive an email notifying you in regard to the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to the card or original method of payment within 3 - 5 business days.
Please note: Due to the nature of shifting or discontinued stock, any sale or discounted items purchased from CCTuned are not subject to this refund policy. Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund.
We get it, sometimes UPS or FedEx will smash your coveted parts. If you need an exchange or replacement due to your order being damaged in shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get an RMA in the works.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item undamaged during return shipping.
